Strategy
Goals, audience and scope defined first.
No black box and no guesswork. Every SmartCodex project follows the same six steps, so you always know what stage we are at, what happens next and what is expected from your side.
Goals, audience and scope defined first.
Structure and interface shaped around real journeys.
Clean, responsive front-end implementation.
Performance, technical SEO and QA before release.
Deployment, final checks and ongoing support.
Each step has a purpose, a clear input from you and a concrete result you can review.
We start with a conversation about your business, your goals, your audience and what the website has to achieve. We look at what exists today, what your competitors do well, and which pages and functionality the project actually requires.
Before any design work, we map the website: pages, navigation, the content each page needs and the path a visitor takes from arriving to contacting you. Planning is where most website problems are prevented.
We design the interface: layout, typography, colour, components and states, on desktop and mobile. You review the design and we refine it, so nothing goes into development before it is agreed.
The approved design becomes a working website: semantic HTML, structured CSS, JavaScript where it adds value, working forms and integrated content, tested across browsers and devices.
Before launch we go through the details: loading performance, image sizes, responsive behaviour, accessibility basics, page titles and metadata, sitemap, robots and structured data, plus a full content proofread.
We deploy the website, verify that everything works in the live environment — forms, links, redirects, analytics — and hand over what you need to manage it. Support for maintenance and updates is available where applicable.
You deal directly with the person designing and building your website — no briefs lost between departments.
Structure, design and build are each approved before the next stage begins, so surprises are caught early.
Scope, decisions and handover notes are written down, so what was agreed stays clear for both sides.
Tell us about your project and we will come back with the scope, the timeline and the next step.
